Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully completed. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery

Seranova offers free standard shipping on all orders. Available delivery timing is shown at checkout before payment. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information associated with the order. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.

Address changes

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at trueemuuu@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
