We accept eligible clothing returns within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original tags or packaging when applicable. Please contact us before mailing a return so you can receive the correct return instructions.

Starting a return

Email trueemuuu@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos when possible.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Do not mail returns without instructions
